Delivery charges are based on the weight of your order and your location. For heavier orders we send items by either half or full pallets. You can see prices and location zones in the tables below. You can also choose to collect your order at no extra cost.

We deliver worldwide. We will provide a bespoke delivery quotation before you place your order. You can use the "Save basket" system in our shopping cart to send us a list of the items you wish to order and we will provide a price for delivery.
How Delivery Works
Customers are charged postage based on the weight of the order and where in the UK the goods are being delivered. This is calculated for you in the website basket and checkout areas, making the shopping process quick and easy for our customers.

This may differ in peak season and is subject to stock levels. An express service is available on some products please contact us on 01497821100 to discuss further.
Important Notice - Broken , Damaged or Missing Goods.
When you receive your delivery please check everything is in the package you ordered againist your invoice/delivery note. Please advise within 24 hours of your goods being delivered if there is anything missing/damaged.
In order for us to make a claim with postal or courier companies and to replace your goods we will need photographic evidence of damaged boxes, packages and damaged/missing goods. Please also sign damaged or missing goods as "damaged delivery, goods not checked"
