Product Details

This Set includes a 1245mm x 2210mm standard stable door frame and a standard full stable door to match.

The standard door frame is manufactured using 100mm x 75mm (4″ x 3″) planed redwood timber. The frames are jointed ready to be fitted to. This frame is also supplied with a 45mm x 22mm (1.75″ x 0.86″) planed timber door stop. This door stop will be supplied loose to allow you to fit it to which ever side of the door you require it to be. There will also be an anti chewstrip to fit to the door stop which runs from the height of the bottom door to the top of the frame.

The standard full stable door is manufactured using a ledged and braced structure, with a 22mm planed tongue and groove redwood boarding with 11mm OSB lining to the bottom door.

This door will be supplied including:

  • 2no. 510mm (20″) Strong Galvanised Tee Hinges fitted to the top door
  • 2no. 610mm (24″) Strong Galvanised Tee Hinges fitted to the bottom door
  • 2no. 150mm (6″) Padlock Bolt
  • 1no. Kick-over Bolt
  • 1no. Anti-Chew Strip fitted to the top of the bottom door
  • 1no. 100mm (4″) Wire Cabin HooK
