Deluxe Stable Door Frame

Available in two sizes 1245 mm wide x 2210 mm high (49″ x 87″) and 1381 mm x 2210 mm high (54 3/8″ x 87″) to suit Deluxe Stable Doors

The Deluxe stable door frame is manufactured using 100mm x 75mm (4″ x 3″) planed redwood timber.

The frames are supplied with timberlocks ready for fitting the frame jambs to the head of the frame.

Traditionally tenon joints can be machined by request.

This frame is also supplied with a 45mm x 22mm (1.75″ x 0.86″) planed timber door stop.  This door stop will be supplied fitted to the whole of the inside of the door frame.

Once manufactured, this frame is then treated in our preserving tank using a solvent based golden brown treatment.  When the treatment has dried fully, an anti-chew strip is fitted to the frame’s door stop from the height of the bottom door to the top of the frame on both sides, including the frame head.
